Technical data
Measures: 383x115.5 mm
Weight: 25.5 g
Material: 0.8 mm PP (Polypropylene)

Front rail attachment
Since 2014 all Ass Savers attach to the front saddle rails only, ahead of the seat post attachment. The advantage with this solution is that saddles are more uniform in this area and we can therefore provide a proper fit to a much wider range of saddles. Attaching only to the front rails makes the Ass Saver self centering. If you accidentally kick it without noticing, it will strive to regain it's centered position. This is one of the key innovations in saddle mudguard technology and is therefore protected under a pending patent No. SE PRV 1750201-4

FLIP-TIP™
Using origami principles, the patent pending FLIP-TIP™ technology allows you to securely fasten the Ass Saver to the saddle with a simple flip of the tip, just like a cycling cap. To unlock, just flip the tip back down and pull backwards. Carbon rails The FLIP-TIP® technology is fully compatible with all types of carbon saddle rails.

Saddle bag compability
The new Ass Saver is a lot easier to install with a saddle bag than previous models. While we can't guarantee a perfect fit with all saddle bags, great improvements have been made with considerably less interference as a result.

Pre-folding
The secret to transforming a flat piece of plastic into a functioning product lies in the pre-folding prior to use. All the scoring lines have been carefully engineered to achieve locking mechanisms, self centering abilities, spring loading and material endurance. Please take the time to properly read the instructions/see the instruction video to ensure the best performance.

Simple, affordable and effective

It's quiet easy, stable and extremely fast to mount the Fender. I used it on a hardtail with 57 mm tires which is recommended for the fender. I fixed several positions:
There is NO POSITION protecting my back satisfactory. My backpack is alway full of mud and dirty water when cycling in rain.

Finally I removed them. Maybe it's nice for a Roadbike...

Good quality

Moved from sunny California to the PNW last summer and when winter hit it became painfully clear that I was going to need some fenders if I wanted to ride my bike for the next six months. While grabbing a front and rear set I came across this cool gadget and thought, "I don't enjoy getting my feet soaking wet" so I grabbed the Speed Mullet and it works great. Like all the Ass Savers stuff it's light, minimally packaged, and easy to install and use. Have ridden it on a couple of wet trail and pavement rides and it does what I need it to do.

Big saver

Purchased for my son who already owns a plain one, he loved the design on this one and will probably fit on his new bike. Arrived in good time, packaged well.

Short lasting happiness

Great design and a real ass and back saver. The set up is great and even with a lot of mud it stays in place. With the sides folded down it's a good solid and light mud guard.
